As the owner and founder of Wellspring Renewal Center, I have a very distinct vision of what I want our center to be. Therapy has changed my life. I am a significantly healthier person because of my time in front of qualified, caring therapists who have helped me navigate the challenges of life. I want that for you too!

Wellspring is Welcoming

Wellspring does not look or feel like a mental health clinic, but more like you were stepping into someone’s home. It is comfortable and inviting. A place where you can relax and simply focus on yourself and your needs.

We are LGBTQ and everyone friendly. Everyone is welcome here.

Wellspring is Professional

I carefully scrutinize every therapist in our practice. We are good at what we do because I will not tolerate mediocre therapists. We are all highly trained, and deeply care about the health of our clients. You are our priority. And it is essential that your therapist be equipped to give you the best care possible.

Not every client will mesh with every therapist. We will work hard to find the right therapist for you and your needs.

Wellspring is Convenient

We are located in the heart of Stifft Station, at the corner of Markham and Woodrow in Little Rock. We are close to downtown, all major hospitals, and minutes from other areas of the city. Our parking lot is located in the back of the building and we are handicapped accessible.

Our therapists have flexible hours and can work to schedule appointments around YOUR busy schedule.

Wellspring is Private and Confidential.

We don’t look like a mental health clinic and nicely fit into the area neighborhood. Your privacy and confidentiality is our priority. You need to feel safe, and we work hard to make that happen.

We file many Insurances including all Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including the Federal Employees Program), Ambetter, Qualchoice, Health Advantage, and Cigna. We also work with EAP’s (Employee Assistance Program) with Aetna, Presbytery of Arkansas, Methodist and Cigna. If we do not file for your particular provider, we can always file your insurance as an out of network provider and consider joining your provider’s network.

ABOUT WELLSPRING

In 2013, Rev. Rebecca Spooner, LPC, NCC established the Wellspring Renewal Center (WRC), with a vision for creating a welcoming, safe space where healing happens. She believes in honest, authentic communication and using evidence-based treatments to provide the best care possible. “Counseling (both as a client and psychotherapist) has freed me to be a happier, more liberated individual; and it is a gift to facilitate that same hope and healing with others,” says Spooner.

Wellspring Renewal Center is a dream that has been many years in the making. It is a place of solitude where you are provided a safe place to explore yourself and what is preventing you from moving forward in life. We can’t change the past but we can work in the here and now to keep the past from affecting your present and future in negative ways.
