My passion is assisting individuals in becoming whole and increasing their ability to function normally in society without losing themselves. The treatment modalities I utilize assist in increasing an individual’s ability to function appropriately at home/work, developing appropriate coping skills and removing /coping with barriers that hinder their progress.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, at school and home settings and provided individual and family counseling. The theories that I utilize are cognitive behavior therapy and Person Centered therapy. I also utilize performance enhancing techniques. I will work with behavior issues, career concerns, relationship issues, crisis, grief, and variety of other mental disorders.
