Trevor Trietsch, LCSW

Trevor is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) who approaches therapy with empathy, unconditional acceptance, and curiosity. He believes meaningful change happens in a collaborative relationship–one grounded in trust, patience, and respect for clients as experts in their own lives.

Trevor received his Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has been licensed since 2021. Prior to joining Wellspring in 2024, he worked at The Pointe Outpatient in Little Rock.

He works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, including veterans, active duty service members, and the LGBTQ community. His clinical approach draws from person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrating these models to support emotional processing and practical change.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys reading, playing video games, travel, watching horror films, and spending time in nature. He shares his home with many plants and two cats: Beans and Cornbread.
