I have been providing mental health services since 2008, and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and the lasting effects of trauma. My specialty lies in supporting those who have lived through significant or complex trauma and are seeking not just symptom relief, but deeper healing and reconnection with themselves.
My approach to therapy is holistic and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on somatic care. I believe the body holds important information about our experiences, and healing often happens when we learn to safely tune into physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. In our work together, I help clients build awareness of how stress and trauma show up in the body, develop tools for regulation, and cultivate a greater sense of safety, balance, and self-trust.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrate somatic and nervous system-informed techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. I am also and LGBTQIA+ advocate and ally, committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and compassionate therapeutic space.
I offer appointments via phone, video sessions, and in person, making therapy accessible for those balancing work, school, family, or health concerns. I understand that every minute matters, and my goal is to provide meaningful, effective care that fits into your life while supporting your journey toward healing and well-being.
