Leah Payne, LPE-I, LPC
Are you a stressed mama? An anxious teen? Parent of an angry adolescent? A successful, independent woman struggling with relationships? Sometimes we become overwhelmed by life. Whether you are a parent, child, sibling, spouse, or partner, managing stresses and relationships is an essential part of everyday life.
Sometimes, we become so caught up in our own personal bubble that we need an outside perspective to help us see what is happening in order to gain clarity or bring about change within our lives.
As a married mother of two, Leah is passionate about working with other women, mothers, individuals, teens, and families struggling to be at peace with themselves, relationships, or general life stresses. She has experience working with teens, adults, families, and abuse victims struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, behaviors, and trauma.
Leah is dually licensed as an Independent Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2007 and her Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011.
