I have experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and other issues. I believe very strongly in working collaboratively with you and treating you as the expert on your life. My approach to therapy is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which focuses on gaining clarity in moving toward your best life.
I am especially passionate about working with people who identify as LGBTQ. We face unique issues that add to life’s difficulties, especially in a more rural state like Arkansas. I want to be a strong advocate and healer for our community and its amazing individuals.
I am also EMDR trained.
